  • Did you download and install the latest firmware/ driver?

Try doing this first; many times you can solve your problem by spending a few minutes online or looking at your product manual.

  • In the unlikely event that the problem with your SMC product persists, please contact SMC Technical Support

  • If Technical Support determines the product to be defective and the product is still under warranty, you can return it to the place of purchase.

  • Please note that SMC Networks does NOT issue refunds for product. Refunds must be obtained from the place of purchase.
