- In the unlikely event that the problem with your SMC product persists, please contact SMC Technical Support
- If Technical Support determines the product to be defective and the product is still under warranty, you can return it to the place of purchase.
- Please note that SMC Networks does NOT issue refunds for product. Refunds must be obtained from the place of purchase.
